The Mount Dora Golf Association in conjunction with the Mount Dora Community Trust presents this unique opportunity for any area golfers to meet and play with past, present, or hopeful LPGA golfers while raising money for junior golf in Mount Dora. There will be a Pro-Am event Sunday, January 20, 2008, in which Pro Women golfers are teamed up with amateurs and a junior golfer from the Mount Dora area in a scramble format event. The women pros will compete a second day for a guaranteed purse of at least $5,000. Amateurs who wish to participate can call the Mount Dora Golf Club at (352) 383-3954. |
